Every couple of weeks someone sends us a message telling us their validation key does not work. When we get a report like this we check the key and almost every time it works.

The most common errors people make are

• Simply mistyping
  • Use the copy-paste option to avoid mistyping
• Data not installed
• Data file expiry
• Incorrectly installing CliniClue
• Reported issue in Microsoft Vista
  • Possible issue when not installed or validated using 'run as administrator'
