CliniClue Search failureThere are two know issues that may affect the search frame. First search issueAfter installation or after selecting a new SNOMED CT® Edition the CliniClue search window sometimes fails to return any results. ExplanationThis is due to a known issue in which the configuration information in different CliniClue controls becomes unsynchornised. WorkroundIf this occurs please close the CliniClue Browser and reload. This should resolve the problem. The problem may persist if you are running CliniClue using the CliniClue API. In this case, before reloading CliniClue you should ensure that all client applications are closed and that no instances of CliniClue are running. Planned actionWe have been investigating this issue and hope to provide a solution in the near future. Second search issueSearch problems that persist despite the above advice. ExplanationThis issue may occur with some language configurations. WorkroundTry switching your keyboard/language configuration to US English and see if the problem goes away. Planned actionThe cause of this problem is not fully understood and it is not 100% reproducible. However, we will be testing the next release (CliniClue 2008) more rigorously to eliminate this issue. |
