No Validation Key Received
If you have not registered please register here. You should receive your CliniClue validation key by email within minutes of completing your registration.
If you have already registered but have not received a validation key, please consider the following possible common problems and solutions:
- Ensure that you correctly typed your email address when registering
- If in doubt re-register taking care to type the correct email address.
- Check that your mail server or client software is not blocking emails from our site. This can sometimes happen with junk and spam filters.
- CliniClue validation emails originate from:
- serveradmin@inudaserve.com or clue@cliniclue.com
- If either of these addresses are blocked by the mail-server you may miss the message.
- Adjust you mail software to accept mail from these addresses; or
- Use a different email account for your registration.

- Please include the following information in your message:
- the date and time when you attempted to register;
- the nature of the problem encountered;
- whether you have checked that you mail server is not treating validation messages as spam;
- whether you have tried registering with a different email account.
