- Check that you are entering the validation key correctly.
- Note that your user name must be the email you used for registration as this is used to check the key.
Copy and paste entry of a validation key
- First copy the validation message between the marks "<--" and "-->" to the clipboard.
- Select the text staring at the "<--" and ending at the "-->"
- Press CTRL-C (hold CTRL key while pressing "c")
- Then paste this into the validation box
- Click on the "User Name" field
- Press CTRL-V (hold CTRL key while pressing "v")
- Your use name and validation key should be completed by doing this.
- Tick the box accepting the licence conditions.
- Click "Create Licence" button.
