Incorrect installation

Failing to uninstall earlier versions of CliniClue or CLUE-5 may lead to probles with software libraries that cause the application to fail to load. In some rare situations this manifests itself as validation key error. See CliniClue Installation Instructions.

  • Please uninstall all installed versions of the required software and reinstall:
    • If using CLUE-5 that means any other installed version of CLUE-5 must first be uninstalled.
    • If using CliniClue that means any other installed version of CliniClue must first be uninstalled.
    • You do not need to uninstall CLUE-5 to install CliniClue (or vice-versa).
