CliniClue Accessible Cross Maps

The following archives files contain an Microsoft Access® database in a form that enables CliniClue® to display the relevant CrossMaps. You may not use this file except in compliance with the License:

SNOMED CT CrossMaps


Once a CrossMap archive file has been downloaded proceed as follows to make it accessible in CliniClue Xplore ...

  1. Install the mapping database
    • From the Windows "Start"/"Progams" menu choose "CliniClue Xplore"/"Update from File"
    • Select the downloaded file using the "Browse" button.
    • Click the "Import" button.
  2. Select the mapping database
    • Load CliniClue Xplore
    • Select the menu option "File"/"Database Connection Manager".
    • Use the "Browse" button to select the file (e.g. "SctMapInt_20100731")
    • Check the 'Auto connect' option for the CrossMap database.
    • Close the connection manager dialog
    • Click the Map button in the CliniClue Xplore toolbar.
    • The Map View should appear.
    • Select the mapping required (e.g. ICD10).
    • Select a disorder concept (e.g. "asthma") by searching and double clicking an item.
    • If disorder concepts do not show maps in ICD9-CM or ICD10, you may need to restart CliniClue Xplore.
